not syncing to team members account

Hi, I'm working with other 3 different usersb ut my account said that business trial ended and files I'm uploading are not syncing to dropbox although I could see and view files they have uploaded.

Theirs are working just fine. How do i solve this issue?

Hey there @ADMIN FCC, thanks for posting here today!

 

From what you mentioned, it sounds like your account may be in a locked after the Business trial ended.

 

Does your Plan page still show that you're part of a team?

 

If so, please check out these steps to either disband the team to revert back to a personal account, or upgrade your account if you'd like to stay with the Business plan.
