opening files in Adobe

I have work files to sign that comes to my Dropbox.  Now when I attempt to open a file. An old file opens instead.   Example: I open file “A” in Dropbox, signed it using Adobe and do the same for file B,C, and D. Now all of a sudden when I open file E in Dropbox and try to use Adobe to sign, file E doesn’t show up in Adobe to sign, it brings up the old file C that I’ve already signed instead in Adobe. If I chose any other file E through Z in Dropbox, when I choose Adobe to sign it, A,B or C open instead. I even cleared out all the files in Adobe and it still open to A, B, or C instead of the file I’m actually on in Dropbox. I need help. I am using an IPAD

Hey @Kturks ; thanks for joining our Community and happy Friday!

Can you please try to clear the cache of both our mobile app and Adobe's one and let me know if this helped improve matters?

While we're at it, have you ensured that your device and apps are up to date?

Keep us posted!
