Just to rule out all possibilities, can you please try viewing the file using another web browser, through an incognito/private window and even try clearing the browser's cache? Also, can you try using the "Open with" option and see if you still receive an error upon opening the file?
Keep me posted - thanks!
I was using Chrome, just tried Microsoft Edge and still comes up with the same error.
I've also tried the "Open With" option with Smallpdf and that brings up this error:
I also tried incognito window and that does the same as previously.
Since you're having trouble and running into errors when trying to open this example PDF, it may be that the file is corrupt. Can you please check the version history of the file and see if you have a previous version to restore that can be opened?
Were you able to open this file previously and this error occurred only recently? If so, were you able to open the file from Dropbox or locally before uploading it to your account?
I'll be looking forward to hearing back from you!
The version history only had 1 previous version, and that experienced the same issues.
The file was only uploaded on 13/09/2019 and we definitely were able to open the file locally before uploading it.
Just to check with you, are you having the same issue for all other PDF files or different file types for example too? Is it isolated to a certain file, file type, or a certain folder?
Let me know what you find - thanks!
