question on popups when I point to members id

question on popups when I point to members id

New member | Level 2

I'm new and a bit lost .  I have shared some video files with two individuals.  Sent them the link with a note attached to their email accounts. Now when I look at those FILES on my dropbox page, the icon under members for one individual used to be an "f", now it is blue and says "AF".  When I point to the "AF" with my mouse the persons name appears.  The other person I authorized/shared with was the initial "S" in a grey circle.  When I point to that one their email address appears with a message "has not loaded to their dropbox".  Why did on convert to a blue name and one remain an email?

Hey there,

Once the invited user accesses the shared file, the gray circle will be replaced with a color, or an image, if the user has added one in their profile . The initials may also change depending on the profile information of the user.

The gray circle simply lets you know that the invited user has not yet viewed the file, and if you shared via email, it shows their email address for quick identification.

Hope this helps.
Thanks!
