"Couldn't Send" error using File Transfer via eMail thru Web Page.

I'm trying out Drop Box as a way to delivery digital image orders via download link.  I've organized the orders so images are contained within order folders.  The folders have been uploaded to Drop Box.

I'm selecting Transfer->Create Transfer->Add from Drop Box.  I'm left clicking the check box in front of the folder(s) I want to send and selecting Choose.  Change the retention duration to 1 month and select Done.  I select continue and then Email transfer.  I copy the customer's e-mail address and copy boiler plate text to the message field.  I press Send.  A screen pops up at the bottom of the page.  At first is says "Sending..."  and then it says "Couldn't Send"

Anyone know what the error could be?  I was able to send several dozen orders before this started.  It first occured about midnight last night so I called it a night.  This morning I was able to send 2 orders before getting the error again.  I'm less than half way thru my orders and would like to finish before customers start flooding me with "where's my pictures?" messages.

Hey @GameOn, I'd be more than happy to help!

As a first step, could you try switching browsers or using an incognito window? Maybe that will do the trick.
