"Files on My Computer" backup

The main folder I wanted to sync and back up on my computer is listed in my Dropbox as "files to my computer". Is this file backed up in my Dropbox?  If not, how can I make it do that?

Hey @wpk, welcome to our Community!

Is it possible that you're referring to our Computer Backup feature?

Also, do you mind clarifying if the folder you want to sync is under the Downloads, Documents, or Desktop path on your device?

Feel free to check, and get back to me!

Hey there,

i am a fan of old solutions, haha.

Maybe try to lock out or delete the cache of your browser.. could be an option 💪🏽

Get back to me if I could help you.

Cheers
