Hi.  I have someone uploading images to my dropbox folder and he's getting the message "Your Dropbox is Full.  In order to finish uploading, you need to add more storage to your Dropbox" but my account shows "348.14 GB of 2.01 TB used"  Can you please explain?  Thank you in advance!

Your Dropbox account may have plenty of space, but his account is full. If you've invited him to a shared folder, that folder also exists within his account and he's still limited to the available space within his own account. Refer to the following help article for more information.
