Hey @username523, although I can't say if the file is infected or not, let's see what we can do.
Could you try some initial troubleshooting steps, like switching browsers or using an incognito window?
Clearing the cache and making sure that you're not running any third party browser extensions or plugins might also do the trick.

I've switched browsers and devices and I still cannot preview my .docx file. I have not had this problem before today.
