I have a free account. Deleted documents in dropbox today. But those have also been removed from my PC with Mcafee. I read that you can restore files within 30 days. How do I do that? pretty panicked so any tips are welcome. Thanks in advance. greetings josanne
Files that are permanently deleted are, unfortunately, not recoverable.

Hi Mark, it appears to have been permanently deleted, someone from service is now looking to see if it can be retrieved in another way. probably not.
Files that are permanently deleted are, unfortunately, not recoverable.

Even if you upgrade your plan?
Hey @lsuazo, I'm afraid no, even if you upgrade your plan you won't be able to restore files that were deleted outside of your account's version history at the time of the deletion.
