You can find an overview of activity and changes that occurred to content in your account, such as additions and deletions, in your events page.
The main difference that some subscriptions have is their version history, where you can restore a deleted file or a previous version of it within the last:
- 30 days, if you're on a Dropbox Basic, Plus, or Family accounts.
- 180 days, if you have a Dropbox Professional or Business plan.
I do want to help you find the file though, in case you did upload it to your Dropbox account.
