restore sinced files from dropbox back to my hard drive

i instoled dropbox on my pc and it asked if i want to sinc my *Descktop *Documents and *Downloads so i said yes but little did i know it will be taken of my computer and hard drive.

please help how can i send it back to my computer and hard drive.

It seems like you enabled the computer backup feature upon installing the desktop app on you computer.
