My shared activity log quit updating. The last 19 days is not on the activity log anymore. Thoughts?

Yes, of course.

 

I added a test word document to the shared folder. This test document is in the shared folder. However, it does not show up in the log.

 

The log was updating and working on Saturday. It just does not show any activity for the last 19 days. The last post shows 19 days ago. I share this folder with one other person. We probably share 10-20 documents per day.

The activity log in the shared folder stopped updating last weekend. There were 20+ days missing in the log. All the files that were shared this week were updating accurately in the log. However, this morning the activity log in the shared folder reverted back to 20+ missings. Can anyone help with this issue? Dropbox customer service is NONexistent. Dropbox used to be good but it is going downhill FAST.
