I have a down graded bus account which I would like to re-upgrade to bus professional. I am not able to do this because I was told I am still in a group??? I also have a personal account which I am trying to merge into the downgraded bus account, but I am not sure the files have been synching. I am worried about loosing files. Can someone help me?
I am not seeing a "Plan Tab", but there is a warning at the top of my screen which says "Your Dropbox Business team has been downgraded and files have stopped syncing."
I believe I am using the desk top app for both accounts. I have tried to move all files from my personal account to my downgraded bus account and on the desktop the personal account looks empty, but online it looks like nothing has been moved.
