I can see all the updates in the shared folders but cannot save any change. I can only see one member in the team. Am I really in the team? Could you please help me with this?

If you're not able to sync, and you're the only one in the team, then it sounds like you're the team admin.

 

Could you confirm what kind of team you're seeing here, and the total quota for your account?

 

This will help me assist further!

my account is [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

I shouldn't be the administrator. Instead, my mentor should. So I guess I'm not really in her team.

It sounds like it. If you want to be in their team instead, you should leave or delete the team, and then they can invite you to the team.

 

What type of team are you on according to my previous message, and what's the quota level?

I tried to delete my team, where I'm the admin. How should I do that?

If you can't save any change, as you originally mentioned, you might be on a locked state team.

 

Could you try the steps in the above article to disband the team?
