I got an alert from Dropbox on my macbook air that my hard drive was almost full, that I should "sync" something. I make it a point to transfer nearly everything I create (documents, photos, videos) to my Dropbox account so I take up little to no space in my computer hard drive. Is there a way to do this, i.e., keep my  files in my dropbox ONLY so that I can have ready access to them from any device without taking up additional space in my hard drive? Thank you in advance.

The feature you're looking for is called Smart Sync.
