trying to see members of a shared folder

Arrrhhh,  I have a free Dropbox account. someone has (with permission) made me the owner of a shared folder.  I cant see members - just first 4 then a grey circle that says "11 other members".  I have tried all the suggestions on this community but still can't see more than 4.  I can't find an admin console (is that because I am using the free version ?)

I don't seem to be able to delete people either !! - if i go to "share" where I read I could delete members all I get are the following 2 options -          "invite by email" "add to Trello

Please could someone possibly help me.

Hey @missAD123, let’s have a closer look together!

For starters, it would be great if you included the resource you referenced, so that I trace back the steps you’ve followed so far.

To paint a clear picture, could you also include a screenshot (omitting personal info) in your next message showing me what you’re seeing in the folder membership pop-up?

You can find that once you navigate to or search for the shared folder you’re interested in on your Files page, hover over the folder and click Share

I’d appreciate an extra screen shot showing me the options you’re getting once you click the name of the member you want to edit on the sharing box, as there should be a dropdown allowing you to select Can edit, Can view, Make Owner & Remove. Please mask any personal info listed there as well.

I look forward to hearing back from you!

Hey @sklskl, thanks for joining the discussion with this screen grab!

I’ve removed personal info, as per the Community Guidelines, however I’m wondering if you’re the same user as missAD123; please let me know in your next message.

Following-up from your description, it looks like you’re seeing that there are 9 members on the share as I could in the photo. Could you specify if you’re seeing a different number of members on your Files & upon cross-checking on the sharing pop-up window?

What if you click on the 🔽 on the "Kann bearbeiten" field?

Thanks for taking the time to have a second look; please let me know how you get on!
