When I try to upload a file to dropbox via the Chrome browser, it gives an error 'Could not download file ***: Internet connection is lost', although the Internet is available.

Hi @Maxrus65 - welcome to the Dropbox Community!

Can you clear your browser's cache and try again?

If that doesn't help, please try an incognito window or another browser with no extensions or plugins running.

Let me know how it goes and we'll take it from there.

Hi Walter !

I cleaned the cookies - it did not help.
In incognito mode - it did not help.
In Internet Explorer, everything works correctly.

Thanks for keeping me in the loop @Maxrus65!

It looks like your Chrome is acting up; what version are you running?

In any case, I'm glad to hear it's sorted for you now while using Internet Explorer.

Until we speak again, take care!

Hi Walter!
I did a full reset of the Chrome browser settings.
Everything worked fine.

Hi Walter!
Now again it does not upload files to the cloud.
Again, what to do a complete reset of the browser settings to work?

Sorry to hear that @Maxrus65.

As your browser is acting up I'd suggest using another one for now.

Let me know how you get on!
