I tried many hours to upload a short mp4 video of 160 MB into several dropbox accounts. It failed always after several minutes. I checked successfully uploading a photo. Also I checked that I have enough space in my account. Who can help?

Thanks for your notice.
I tried the upload through dropbox.com with the Google Chrome browser
because the Dropbox-app didn't work on my pc.
After some minutes I got the message "Fehler beim upload" (=upload mistake) every time I tried.
Until now I have no idea why it failed.
After your message I deleted my Dropbox-app and made a new installation.
Then I tried uploading the file through the app. This was now successfull.
