I have Dropbox on my computer and the app on my Samsung tablet. In the last couple of days, I have modified a Word document on my computer (easier for tables) and it has saved to Dropbox no problem.
When I come to edit it on my tablet using the app, Dropbox recognises the latest version in preview mode, but as soon as I open it in Word to edit it, I get previous (pre-computer edits) version as if it has remembered it and not installed the latest version.
How do I change this?
Thank you,
Tracy
Hi @TracyCL, thanks for joining the Community!
Could you try quitting the Word app completely, and then reboot the device to see if this helps the app to get the latest version from the site?
Keep me updated with any progress!
