why is DB putting files back when deleted and/or moved on desktop folders?

I had two folders for photos. I moved a lot of folders and photo's from one folder to the other. Now DB is syncing them back. Why? And how to slove because now it becomes a mess.

I did this on the laptop and DB was on and syncing during the movements.

Do I need to go to the browser version and move there all files?

Hey there @pothoven,

This can sometimes happen if the files are not able to be moved/deleted from another connected device, perhaps because it is using the files that are being changed. Is this perhaps a shared folder? To see exactly what occurred, please check your Events page here for a breakdown of actions to see if that can clarify what happened and from which devices.

Also, can you let me know the current sync status of your desktop app? If you see any errors there please send me a screenshot of this (excluding any personal info).

Let me know what you find and we'll go from there - Thanks!
