My mac runs really well and is maintained by our university IT dept. Recently, I uploaded a small pdf file, and it did not display. I uploaded it again a couple hours later, and it did not display. My boss searched for it and could not find it either. I uploaded it a third time and it did not appear anywhere in dropbox.
What compatibility issues could be happening?
Thank you for your questions. Yes, in this particular case, I was uploading a small pdf file from my laptop's hard drive as always. Both my director and I were logged into dropbox and repeatedly looked and refreshed and looked for the file. It simply never appeared.

ok, my cache is always cleared each day when I close it. Each day as I begin, it is at zero...all of my workflow depends on using this browser (firefox), so if Dropbox is not compatible with firefox, please let me know. Thanks a lot.
