i shared a file with 4-5 people. yesterday the file is ok. every one can open and edit. suddenly it can't open. "xlsx files are supported but something went wrong."
happen so many times. usually i open version history then restore. but now it can't be restored too...
what should i do? we work using dropbox desktop, we edit on that file directly.

Can you let me know if there's any difference after you clear your browser's cache?
If not, how about when using an incognito browsing window, or even another browser altogether?

Could you send me a screenshot of the error you're seeing when you try and open that file online?
Also, just to clarify, does the file open okay from the Dropbox folder on your computer?
