Hey come on Dropbox give us Dropbox Professional users access to Dropbox vault! You're giving it to Dropbox Plus users so why are we excluded?
Says it all, really.
My biggest gripe isn't really missing out on the vault - I can get by without it. It's this standard of customer care. The company is too big for its customers now - even the ones that are paying the higher prices.
I reiterate what I mentioned above - why should we have to provide the company with the 'idea' of looking after its customers? And the notion that we are too small to bother with! Farcical!
It's absolutely ridiculous that I'm now paying $80 more per month for Professional and LOST a level of security in the disappesrance of VAULT!!! Hey DB, correct this NOW.

Odd double standards.
I agree with most of these users regarding Vault. As a professional account user paying $200/yr to not have access to higher security features like Vault is ridiculous. Please provide Vault or a way to further secure existing folders to the Professional user plan.

Unfortunately, still ONLY for the plus account. For all other subscriptions that pay more, this security feature does not exist. See screenshot.
@baumpi I think that note means that there haven't been enough complaints for whoever administers this thread to pass it on to their team.
Hey all I just found out that the Dropbox Vault is now available to me in my Dropbox Professional account. I didn't get any prior notification to me from Dropbox that this was happening so I'm not sure if this now applies to all Professional account users. Can someone else check this out and confirm ? Thanks.
