Add a possibilty (menu-entry, button in options dialog or similar) to tell DropBox to try to (re-)connect.
Rationale: I am frequently using a hotspot where I first need to sign-in via a webpage. Only after entering credentials there and pressing OK the connection is let through. This typically takes 10-15 seconds.
During that time DropBox has detected that I am connected to a network, apparently it has tried to connect by then, but since it couldn't reach its server it gave up. The message it shows is "unable to establish a secure connection".
The annoying part is, that after I have logged in and the connection is now open, DropBox does not attempt to (re)connect again. Instead it sits there with the above error message. Probably it would try again at some point but that time alwas takes far too long for me. So, the only way to retrigger a reconnection NOW is to kill and then restart DropBox. Then it tries again immediately and starts synching...
I find this killing/restarting increasingly tedious each time and would like to have a more "elegant" way to trigger re-connection attempts.
