As it is, we have to wait and get the timing just right to do it.

Are you upgrading or downgrading it, or moving to an annual or monthly plan?

I'm on an existing plan and would like to upgrade to a higher one at renewal but I could see it being both ways. I don't think changing between monthly and annual is needed but why not?
