Change plan at renewal

Please make it so we can setup a change to our account to take affect upon the next yearly renewal.

As it is, we have to wait and get the timing just right to do it.

Could you clarify what change you're making to your plan in this workflow?

Are you upgrading or downgrading it, or moving to an annual or monthly plan?

Hello!

I'm on an existing plan and would like to upgrade to a higher one at renewal but I could see it being both ways. I don't think changing between monthly and annual is needed but why not?
