My request is that Chat support should be available on all paid Dropbox plans. At the moment the Dropbox Plus plan is the only plan not supported by chat.
hi as it is now Plus customers do not get phone or chat support, we email.
Email takes days to respond and if we don't get the correct answer right away we wait another few days
What this means is Dropbox support crew are spending way more time than needed dealing with customer support issues which could be 'fixed' quite quickly with chat or phone.
plus customers just get frustrated as their dropbox is not working.
Upgrading to business is a very expensive proposition. 6x more?
I propose Dropbox offers a Plus account either with chat and or voice support or a Plus with chat and or voice support additional fee.
I"d have no problem paying a little more for the few times i need support and get a fix right away that sit here waiting days for support to return my emails or for the community to respond.
