I saw that some others have already made posts about the way the comment system works in Dropbox so I won't go into high detail since basically every suggestion that's been made for the comment system is one that I agree with. Commenting on files and images in DropBox could just really use a Quality of Life improvement. The way the program manages comments or handles posted or currently typed up comments is not as good as it easily could be at all.
An example I'll leave is:
- When typing up a comment for a file/image from the files selection page on the DropBox application off to the side, attempting to select another file to refer back to a piece of information before continuing with the initial comment on the other file will just erase everything that has been written up to this point forcing an unsuspecting user to have to re-type up everything that they'd already written. It was likely just an oversight and not an intentional decision, but little things like that being fixed or redesigned would be a massive QoL adjustment for the DropBox users. Just the kinds of things where you don't think about it until you experience it and realize how silly it is that the expected feature wasn't there to begin with.
The example above is an annoyance I've experienced one too many times now, although I'm sure that there are other little things that would be nice to be improved on that I haven't been annoyed by yet since I haven't run into them.
