Customized time setting for File Requests

I would like to suggest a new idea for creating customized time Deadlines for File Requests.

I teach 4 different classes and would like to set each File Requests exactly at a point in time say 6:35pm or 6:50pm instead of the option offered by default which is always on the hour (i.e.: ..., 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm,... ).

Since there is no such option as of yet, it would really be helpful, since I have my students upload their work before the class starts or at a specific time for a quiz or exam that has to be set not on the hour.
