Early billing invoice - at least 15 days before payment due date

I need to submit my invoice as an expense at least 15 days before the Dropbox default due date.  All of my other billings are available at least 15 to 20 days before the due date.

 

In other words, I want to be able to submit the invoice earlier than it will appear at this point on the website.  I am writing this as I received a notice that the billing would be occurring, "soon"!  If someone wants to make their payment before the due date, that could be done, but only if there is early access to the invoice.

This is common sense, send invoices at least 15 days befe the payment due date!

Dear Dropbox,

I love you guys.  I insist that my team uses Dropbox.  As a result, their Dropbox plus subscription is charged to my corporate credit card.  The problem is that when you do annual billing, you do not notify anyone that this charge is about to happen.  There is no email or receipt.  The invoice only shows up under billing under their Dropbox account profile.  

Can you please start sending out emails to everyone reminding them that this billing is about to take place?  Perhaps email the invoice after the billing is completed.
