At the moment, only annual subscriptions will receive the an email receipt after each payment. Please note, we have passed your request to the Billing team, we regularly re-review ideas and will update you if anything changes.
All our other accounts, such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe can do this. Come on, you can too. Not having it requires admin to stop working on stuff every month and go around fishing up past receipts - otherwise they'd get forwarded right to accounting automatically.

You guys have got to start emailing reciepts. We use concur to help automate our AP system, and your system generates way too many receipts and is a pain in the butt to log in, download each PDF, match them to our payment, etc. It took me 30 mintues last month to do this. I have thousands of transactions as the purchaser of all IT services for a midsize company, and this is not cool at all.
Please PLEASE give us the option to have receipts emailed to us. I'm seriously considering moving to an in house solution becuase of pain points like this.
Why hasn't this been answered? This is a major pain in the ass for my company. I'm considering moving to a competing project just to get rid of the 4 hours your company wastes from me a month on this.
