Ability to see all shared folders

Ability to see all shared folders

I have a folder I would like to share but it gives me an error saying I can't share because there is a shared folder below. How do I find this folder to move it? There are hundreds of folders and no hint anywhere as to where it might be. I guess I could start trying to share sub branches but this is going to take forever especially if there are multiple ones. I went to the Sharing tab on Dropbox.com but none of my shared folders show there.

I just want to add my request for this too.

As an agency we need to add freelancers to project folders all the time along with giving access to third parties or clients.  I need to easily be able to see what folders are being shared and revoke access from one central area as projects are completed or freelancers come and go.

It's impossible to keep track of without an Administrator list of all folders and links being shared within the organisation.

Adding my voice to this request. I am a long time paying dropbox customer. Love it in so many ways. But it's a huge data vulnerability when using dropbox for professional purposes if you can't quickly check who has access to any of your files.

Allpw the ability to see all shared folders any group has access to. Currently very difficult to know which folders a group has access to.

Lol! Working on this idea? Years later from when you flipped a switch and turned off the page, you still haven't found the switch to turn it on?  Like most Dropbox functionality issues they take years to consider. Gone are days when Dropbox was lean and mean and just worked in the background. I never thought one drive would catch db but it's cheaper and better now.
