We need this ASAP my clients need this I shoot 300-500 pictures a day I’m so sick of having to use an old camera for convenience

Canons 4 year old .cr3 raw file is not supported by previews on drop box. However Adobe and google support it.
All my clients use Dropbox. This forces me to shoot with a old camera I’ve had endless tickets and live chats. Cmon Dropbox add this please

Yup this is a big issue that should be resolved as soon as possible. I see a whole world of new photographers choosing to use another platform because of this.

My dropbox app on iOS will show me my .cr3 files in-app. Which I'm assuming @mattslid is referring to. I can't recreate the functionality in browser however.

EDIT: It will preview my cr3 files in browser as well...
