On a number of occasions I have shared folders with clients and added to those folders at a later date, and the clients have come back to me saying the files aren't there. They are looking in the wrong folder because they have downloaded the first set of files into their own Dropbox and that is where they are looking. I am tired of having to explain to them they need to look in my Dropbox folder - use the link I sent them.
I understand that it is designed to lead non paying user to open an account but this make it more time consuming for me.
The design of how recipients receive files and download could be improved so this confusion does not occur.
