Release Changelogs for Desktop Versions

Dropbox desktop beta and stable builds have been releasing every few weeks without any notice on what has changed. I wish Dropbox developers were more transparent in giving us release notes for each version, so we can test them in a more productive way.

That doesnt answer the question at all. 

Its something at least I've been harping on about for well over 6 months now that is, as usual, totally ignored. 

Dropbox has no intention at all of doing this - I just wish they'd be transparent over it and say rather than ignore it.
