I have noticed a lot of shared links stay open en never will be removed. Unfortunately i can't remove them by bulk and have to delete them 1 by 1. It's a security issue on long term because of unknown shares in the years.
If you’re on a Professional/Business plan, you can set an expiration date for your shared links, as an additional sharing permission when creating them.
This way, when the shared link expires, it’ll no longer be accessible by the recipients.
Would that work for what you’d like to achieve perhaps?
Of course I understand that when creating a shared link, an expiration date can be set. Unfortunately, not everyone in the organization is so disciplined and therefore this is not always done. This creates security problems over time. It would be great if you could change this in bulk.
