I nearly go blind every time I open dropbox, how can you guys have been around so long yet you still don't have a simple toggle to change the CSS style to a darker color to not blind your users?
We are closing this idea so that we can provide the Community with updates on Dark Mode by individual product. We hope this provides a better user experience as this thread has grown quite long. Thanks for all of your votes, comments and enthusiasm!

Love to think it was that simple. Absolutely on board with repeated upvoting but the fact that Paper has not been integrated into Dropbox after so many years of hearing from them that "It's imminent" and the fact that they've done absolutely nothing on Dark Mode tells me they are putting their efforts and resources in different directions.
I fear we are yelling into a void, and we are the only ones listening.
While many people certainly could benefit from the universally accepted feature, I fear only a handful either know about or care enough to participate in the upvoting process. As with many feature requests in Dropbox, it appears to be a lost cause. But we can certainly keep fighting the good fight and talk amongst ourselves in the forum. Cheers.

True ^^^
I was actually searching for Dropbox Help documentation on how to enable Dark Mode (in case I was missing something in the UI) and I stumbled across the Dropbox Community.
I'm actually surprised that Dropbox didn't take the initiative to implement "Dark Mode" themselves - independent of Community feature requests and customers. Implementing dark mode is a clear industry trend that is being pushed aggressively by designers to keep the UI / UX fresh, fashionable and up-to-date.
I'm surprised there are so many votes for dark mode and no option to schedule syncs. Noting that there have been comments regarding saving energy, surely having hourly or delayed syncs would be more energy-efficient rather than uploading a file every time it changes...?
