Our company is using Azure for identity and access management. We have implemented SSO for Dropbox. On Android, users have to select "Having Trouble Signing in" to then select "Single sign-on" for login using the SSO. I would like to request that the single sign-on option be accessible from the prior screen (avoid having the user choosing "Having Trouble Signing in").

Hi @dcpoirier ,

 

To log in with SSO: enter the email address, leave the password field blank, and then login, this should redirect you to the IdPs login page - sorry this isn't clearer on our Android app
