Sharing to "anyone with link" while still allowing for restrictions in Dropbox & Capture

Hi

I would like to have the option to allow sharing to "anyone with link" while still allowing to request password and set a expiry on the link. This should be the case for both Dropbox and Dropbox Capture

Dropbox has this feature available for customers on the Professional or Teams plans. 

Are you also asking for this feature to be available in the Capture product?
