Start Dropbox Passwords Minimized

Idea suggestion: start Dropbox Passwords minimized when logging into operating system (for added security).

I would like to add Mac specific requriements to this request.

That Dropbox Passwords should be minimized to menu bar and not to dock.

I.e. the app should be hidden and not appear when doing CMD+TAB when minimized. Also when pressing the red X, it should go to menu bar unless you choose quit from there.

Dropbox Passwords needs an option to start without the Passwords Window coming up - especially after logging into / booting your operating system.

Dropbox Passwords needs an option to minimize it to the system tray or taskbar on start-up, so that it doesn't pop up everytime you log into Windows. I have even disabled Dropbox passwords from the startup apps, but it still automatically loads and opens the full-size window on startup.
