Current behaviour:
The dropbox client for Windows 10 has a settings for the language. When set to System language, only the language changes and the not the assiocated locale settings such as the formatting of the date and time. For example, as shown in the screenshot, Dropbox shows dates as MM/DD/YY and times with AM/PM whereas the Windows settings are DD/MM/YY and a 24H time. The language is correct, but the regional formatting is not correctly applied. Only when changing the language to Dutch are the dates displayed as DD/MM/YY and times according a 24H clock.

Expected / desired behaviour:
Support the regional formatting (locale) settings of Windows 10 when the Language setting of Dropbox is set to System Language such that the language and regional formatting does not depend on the language. Alternatively, add a setting for the formatting of date and time.
