It would be great to create Team Calendars and integrate it with google calendars or outlook to pull those team members into one shared viewed in dropbox for business.   Also, creating a team schedule - for oncall, shifts, etc.. in one location/view with company documents would give an all inclusive pane of glass eyes on items for small businesses.

It would be great if you could give us a few examples of how you would use this feature and how it would benefit you and your business. Absolutely!  As part of managing a small business and being virtual - requires some ability to share important information - such as when you are in and out of the office, traveling to meet a client and where if you are using a 3rd party mail host - many times you don't have the options of sharing calendars like in google or Microsoft licensed spaces.  So being able to important in to a centralized calendar to know where other team members are at, if they are on vacation, would be great.  Would be nice to have a small calendar on the home page that gave an overview and colored lines across the date for each employee, and when you click into the calendar, bring up a new web page to show additional details, or more details in that space.  For realtors, this would be huge to be able to show folks their open houses, scheduled walk throughs and appointments with clients. 

Further - one item that seems hard to find for smb is employee scheduling for smb owners who own a retail shop, pet shop, food, bakery - and ability to set and share a schedule in there for business owners would be huge, especially if you incorporated folder to share your employee handbook, allow them to upload w2's or change documents, etc....  Having a centralized location for calendar scheduling would also be great.
