Let me first off stat we have been using and helping frame.io from their start up.  So I am basing alot of my knowlege from their app. 

We have left frame.io to find another all around solution. 

 

WE need the ablity to see the video  specailty the products on screen when making a comment.  Right now on mobile; the mobile keyboard take over the whole screen not allowing reviews to see the video behind it.  

 

where frame io move your video up to top of phone allowing you to see it.
