Hi Dropbox support & friends,

I just installed Dropbox on my computer yesterday, and using Smart Sync (Online Only). But notice my laptop battery drain fast after installed Dropbox.

As checked, Dropbox seems using CPU sometimes even not syncing files. Please check below screenshot for more information.

Dropbox version: v74.4.115 / I just installed Dropbox on yesterday, I am not suppose to reinstall it so often.

Hey there @KelvinKam  - how are you today?

At first, have you rebooted your computer since you first noticed this spike on your CPU usage?

If you did and still experience high CPU usage from the Dropbox application, you may want to review the following article first which covers common causes of high CPU usage and the steps to resolve these:

https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/desktop/high-cpu-usage

Keep me posted!
