I changed my username, so I have 2 dropbox's by mistake. I tried to delete the old one and I keep getting an error message saying unable to open dropbox.
I am also unable to install the app on my laptop
Can anyone help me with these 2 issues please?
Thanks
Hi @AnnieSuzie; how are you today?
Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you please post a screenshot of the exact error you get so that I can have a visual too?
Have you, by any chance, tried an advanced re-install so far?
Thanks!

So because I created a new Username Dropbox keeps going to the old Username instead of my new one and I have to manually navigate to the new one. Also I'd like to put my current DB on the desktop.
Many thanks
In that case, you may want to unlink and relink your account through the app's preferences @AnnieSuzie.
If you can't launch the app or see it in your system tray, you'll need to re-install it.
Keep me posted on your progress!
