Hello,
I am trying to print a file from my DropBox and I keep getting a 401 error. It's allowing me to print other files in my DropBox so I'm not sure what's going on. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there. As suggested, I tried printing on another browser and also in icognito/private browsing mode. I have no extensions on either browser. I also cleared my cache but continue to have the same issue. Is there anything else I can try?

I'm also having this issue (error 401 when attempting to print from a browser) -- I've tried an incognito window, different browser, clearing cache... they all end up with the 401 error. The only way around right now is to download the file to my computer to print but there must be a better solution?!

As a first step, have you already tried switching browsers or using an incognito window?
If you have, could you please submit a ticket to our Support team and let me know the relevant ID (eg. #1234567)?
