409 restricted content error when accessing from Azure Logic App

409 restricted content error when accessing from Azure Logic App

Hi,

I am getting this error when trying to access and edit files from my Azure logic app (using drop box connectors), seems that for some reason the files have been restricted:

"status": 409,
"message": "path/restricted_content/.\r\n

"error": {
"message": "path/restricted_content/.\r\n

I already have allowed the bond between the logic app and the dropbox account.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @reynaldomontesdeoca; welcome to the Dropbox Community!

From what I found, the 'restricted_content' error from the /2/files/download endpoint on the Dropbox API indicates that the file being requested "cannot be transferred because the content is restricted. For example, sometimes there are legal restrictions due to copyright claims (DMCA) etc. Could this be the case here?

If I'm missing something here, can you please go through the exact steps you take to do this and also send me a screenshot of the error you get so I can have a better look into this?

Thanks!
