Acer promotion

Hi I recently purchased a new acer laptop and I got the prompt telling me that I would get 1 year dropbox space but when I logged in and installed dropbox on my computer, it says that I only had 2 GB. Pls help

Have you by any chance redeemed the same type of deal once in the past?

If not, could you make sure that you signed in on the desktop app with the same email as the one you're using via the website?

Hi,

 

I was setting up my new computer when the prompt came up, then It asked me to create a dropbox account or sign in, So since I had a dropbox account I signed in, then It did not give me the acer promo.

 

Also right now I am signed in to the desktop app with the same account email online

New acer promo, logged into dropbox and no additional space.
