I upgraded to Catalina 10.15.5 and upon restart my Dropbox folder was gone. When I open dektop app prefernces, go to Sync tab, click "Link" button to create a new Dropbox, I get the rainbow pinwheel and it just spins indefinitely.
I updated to latest Dropbox dektop app, restarted and get the same result.
There seems to be no way to Force Quit Dropbox Dektop App, either.
Please help. Thanks!
Hi @blukulele, thanks for messaging the Community!
If you have any antivirus or security software running on the device, I’d recommend disabling it temporarily to see if it links up correctly.
Otherwise, if you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try an advanced reinstall of the app using the steps in this link.
Let me know how it goes!

@JayWe have a Pro/Business account. I do not have any antivirus or security SW running. I have deleted the DB app, downloaded and reinstalled. Same problem. This is a big impediment to my productivity. I need help. Is there anyway to speak to someone?
