I updated ny plan to dropbox plus, updated files on ny macbook, but they don´t sync to my iPad. I use of course the same lock-in on both devices. What is gong wrong?

To try and narrow down where the issue is arising with this, can you let me know what the current sync status of your desktop app is?
If you don't see your Dropbox icon in the menu bar, then the app isn't running on your device. You will need to launch the app from your Applications menu.
If the app is running, can you let me know if you can see the files if you log into your account via the website?
