All images and files in my Dropbox folder on desktop have "ineligible" underneath it. Confused.

When I open my desktop Dropbox folder,  all images and files in it have the word "ineligible" showing underneath it.  What does it mean and how do I fix it?

Ok, that isnt an overlay then.

Where abouts are you seeing that? On your computer's desktop folder?

That is something to do with Windows 10 or whatever OS you are using

That isnt a Dropbox overlay, can you post an example screenshot?

Yes, my computer's desktop folder. I'm on a Macbook.  I'm still looking around to see what's causing it, but no luck.

Sorry, you never actually gave us any information about what the operating system etc. was.

May be worth posting that screen grab at the Apple help forums?
